Hmm... well my family's a big fan of the Thai kind. Spicy broth and spicy dipping sauce, filled with shrimp, cuttlefish, mushrooms, baby corn, veggies and beef shank slices. The other ones we usually do has all the above but with fish/shrimp/beef balls and instead of the Thai sauce we use the Sriracha and black sauce (too lazy to run to the back kitchen to check the name). I'm a fan of all so I can't tell you what goes into a Nhi-pot.

Lmao, the director at orientation was saying how we shouldn't strap ourselves up with rollerblades so that we could transport the patient faster.

Haha, well it's what happens when you don't want to waste your life away at home and you can't get a job. I'm hoping that since I get the last week of this month off, that maybe they can let me run around the hospital for 8 hours a day, that would be splendid. x]
